I have been working for Hallmark Realtors for the past 3 years and I can't explain how amazing it has been the training is above and beyond. They are there for you when every you need them just pick up the phone and one of the two most amazing brokers will get back to you in minutes. One of the best parts about this brokerage is that you feel like family so none of those extra fees that a lot of other brokers charge if you need to sit down with questions you just stop by and they are always willing to help you. I am an agent and have been working for Walter and Hallmark Realtors since 2016. I cannot say enough to emphasize what a wonderful place Hallmark is to work. I have been a realtor for almost 16 years and with Hallmark Realtors for the past 11 years. Every year gets better and better with regards to working under the leadership of my Broker/Qwner Walter Smolenski. Over these past 11 years I can't count how many times I have called Walter on a Sunday night saying "sorry to bother you but I need your help on a deal that is in the works." He always picks up the phone and helps me find a solution to the problem and has never once complained. Walter is always the first one in line to help. I've been a Realtor for twenty years now and have hung my license in three offices. The first two were excellent offices with some terrific agents and I wouldn't change the fact that I was an agent in those offices because it was all part of my growing experience. But I can't say enough about Hallmark Realtors and Walter Smolenski our broker to tell you how fabulous this office has been for me. When I leave this office it will be to go into retirement! A real estate company is only as good as its broker and agents. We have such a wonderful group of people here that are supportive to interact with and really fun to know. I have been here for over five years now and there has never been an agent that was a problem for the others. That says a lot. Naturally we have our differences but everyone is respectful of each other. We are happy to bounce new ideas off each other and look for a way to increase our business cooperatively. It has been said that most people believe that car salesman and real estate sales people are a necessary evil. I believe it all depends on the company the owner and the training a person gets that makes him or her an absolute necessity for people to find what they are looking for in a home.
